Led by fully qualified instructors who are passionate about Pilates and lifelong fitness enthusiasts, each class is thoughtfully designed as a full body workout that strengthens, sculpts & restores while focusing on control, balance and strength. Our 50 minute Reformer Pilates classes offer a full-body workout designed to challenge and energise you from start from to finish. Each class focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing posture & balance through controlled, low-impact movements.
Our highly qualified & caring instructors create a dynamic sequence that targets your core, enhances balance, and builds strength & control through clear cues & mindful movement.
*If you are new to Pilates or working with injury / pathologies we suggest privates sessions- contact the studio to book.
*Pilates grip socks are required for all reformer classes- availably for purchase or hire in studio.

Our team..
Kelly Byrne
Kelly is the founder and lead instructor of K-Form Pilates, bringing a lifetime of movement experience to every session. Her Pilates journey began at the Queensland Ballet School and evolved into a professional dance career spanning more than 20 years, where Pilates, yoga & strength training became the foundation of her strength, resilience, and conditioning. Completing an APMA clinical certification in 2013, Kelly shared her love for teaching in Melbourne before making Port Douglas home in 2020.
Drawing from her own experience with injury and recovery, Kelly has a thoughtful and intuitive approach to teaching. She skillfully tailors each session to support those who require modifications, while seamlessly layering progressions to challenge clients at any level. Her philosophy is simple: Pilates is for every body and every season of life. Known for her passion and vibrant energy, Kelly delivers classes that are dynamic yet accessible, grounded in mindful movement, and always infused with warmth, humour, and a touch of sparkle.
Soul White
Soul is a Pilates and movement instructor with a strong background in sport and fitness. She began working as a personal trainer in 2019, became a qualified Pilates instructor in 2022, and completed a Diploma in Clinical Pilates in 2024. With more than 4,000 classes taught—ranging from rehab and seniors to strength, jumpboard, one‑on‑one and larger group sessions—she is confident and adaptable in the studio. Her classes are known for creative, layered flows with clear options and modifications, and she is committed to creating a calm, safe and supportive space for all ages and levels.
Jeana O’Toole
Jeana has over 15 years’ experience teaching Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and both Reformer and Mat Pilates, with a focus on movement that feels grounded, spacious and kind to the body. Her background includes retreats, workshops and pre‑ and postnatal classes, and she’s interested in helping people find strength, ease and a genuine connection to their breath. Jeana’s classes are steady, thoughtful and accessible, with an emphasis on alignment, presence and leaving the mat feeling more balanced than when you arrived.

Such a beautiful, small and intimate space. Kelly and her team lead some challenging classes but always give that easier option which is sometimes needed. I won’t go anywhere else when visiting beautiful Port Douglas, just be sure to book in early!
